1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Vaticrelat's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Vaticrelat provides professional vocal training services including:

  • Individual voice lessons
  • Group vocal workshops
  • Performance preparation coaching
  • Online educational content and resources
  • Newsletter and blog content

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent to participate in our courses.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Course Registration

  • Course enrollment is confirmed upon payment receipt
  • Course availability is subject to instructor scheduling
  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • Course materials and schedules may be subject to change

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other approved methods
  • Late payment may result in course suspension or cancellation

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if course is cancelled by Vaticrelat
  • Student cancellations more than 48 hours before course start: 50% refund
  • Student cancellations less than 48 hours before course start: No refund
  • No refunds for missed individual lessons unless 24 hours notice is given
  • Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled lessons punctually and prepared
  • Treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect
  • Follow safety guidelines and studio policies
  • Provide adequate notice for lesson cancellations
  • Maintain appropriate behavior during all interactions
  • Respect intellectual property rights of course materials

6. Instructor and Facility Policies

6.1 Lesson Scheduling

  • Lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement between student and instructor
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Instructors reserve the right to reschedule due to illness or emergency
  • Missed lessons without proper notice are forfeited

6.2 Studio Conduct

  • Students must follow all studio rules and guidelines
  • Food and beverages may be restricted in certain areas
  • Students are responsible for any damage to studio equipment
  • Recording of lessons requires prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Vaticrelat Property

All course materials, including but not limited to:

  • Written exercises and vocal techniques
  • Audio and video recordings
  • Teaching methodologies
  • Website content and design

Are the exclusive property of Vaticrelat and protected by copyright law.

7.2 Student Use

Students may use course materials solely for personal learning purposes and may not:

  • Distribute or share materials with third parties
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer or copy teaching methods
  • Claim ownership of any Vaticrelat intellectual property

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Vaticrelat's liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or career success
  • Students participate in activities at their own risk
  • We are not responsible for injuries occurring during lessons

10. Health and Safety

10.1 Medical Conditions

Students must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely in vocal training, including:

  • Respiratory conditions
  • Vocal cord injuries or disorders
  • Hearing impairments
  • Physical limitations

10.2 Insurance

Students are advised to maintain appropriate health insurance. Vaticrelat is not responsible for medical expenses resulting from participation in our programs.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Student

Students may terminate their enrollment at any time, subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 4.3.

11.2 Termination by Vaticrelat

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Inappropriate behavior or conduct
  • Safety concerns
  • Failure to follow studio policies

12. Force Majeure

Vaticrelat shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Technical failures
  • Labor disputes

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaticrelat regarding the use of our services.

18. Consumer Rights
